• Spam blocked by Barracuda globally: 135 trillion
• Phishing attempts blocked by our Barracuda IP instances: 14899 attempts
• Account takeovers detected and remedied by our team: 32 events
• Events detected by our managed detection and response solution: 40.4 million (816 alarms, of which 656 required intervention by our team)
• Events at our offices for Natrixians (happy hour, game night, buffet, etc.): one per month!
• Tickets for data backups: 69402 tickets
• Telephone calls: 12928 calls
• Time spent on the phone: 1317 hours 2 minutes 58 seconds
• Overall partner satisfaction rate: 97.84%
• Positive/neutral/negative responses to our satisfaction surveys: 2874/33/15
• Data protected by our backup tool: 76.6TB
• Encrypted data stored in the cloud via our backup tool: 60.8TB
