Patrick Chagnon
President & Co-Founder
President and co-founder of Natrix Technologies, Patrick Chagnon founded the company in 1998 with Nathalie Bélanger, driven by the desire to build a solid, human, and sustainable technology organization. For over two decades, he has guided Natrix's evolution by aligning technological innovation with clients' business needs. Responsible for Natrix's strategic transformation toward the managed IT services (MSP) model, Patrick plays a key role in modernizing the service offering and positioning the company as a true technology partner. His vision is based on long-term relationships, founded on trust, proximity, and value creation, where technology becomes a lever for performance and security for organizations. A technology enthusiast — self-proclaimed geek — Patrick is as interested in technological advances as he is in making them accessible, reliable, and useful for clients. A builder at heart, he firmly believes that sustainable success comes from solid foundations, well-thought-out processes, and above all, engaged and competent teams. He is proud to count on a team of professionals who share the same values and contribute daily to Natrix's excellence. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys traveling and discovering the world, a curiosity that fuels his vision and openness, as well as mountain biking, a passion that reflects his taste for challenges, perseverance, and self-improvement.
Eric Rivest
Chief Revenue Officer
Eric Rivest is Chief Revenue Officer at Natrix Technologies, where he plays a key role in the company's growth and the development of lasting relationships with clients and partners. With the organization since 2005, he brings solid experience in the information technology and telecommunications sector. Throughout his journey at Natrix, Eric has contributed to the company's transformation into a managed service provider (MSP) focused on cybersecurity and proactive IT services for SMBs. He has notably participated in establishing strategic partnerships with technology leaders such as Microsoft, Cisco, and Barracuda, and in developing comprehensive offerings in security, backup, and IT management. Outside of work, Eric is passionate about wine and golf, two worlds that reflect his taste for precision, strategy, and the pleasure of sharing.
Nathalie Bélanger
Chief Financial Officer
Nathalie Bélanger is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and co-founder of Natrix Technologies. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Management from HEC, she brings rigorous financial expertise and a deep understanding of organizational challenges to the company, essential to its growth since its founding. At Natrix, Nathalie plays a central role in financial management, strategic planning, and the company's long-term stability. Her structured vision, analytical skills, and pragmatic approach support key decisions and contribute to healthy and controlled growth. Beyond the numbers, Nathalie stands out for her deeply human dimension. Attentive and engaged, she embodies values of proximity and benevolence that positively influence Natrix's internal culture and foster a mobilizing and sustainable work environment.
Julien Dufresne
Director of Operations
Julien Dufresne is Director of Operations at Natrix Technologies, where he plays a key role in optimizing processes, coordinating teams, and delivering high-quality IT services. Joining Natrix over ten years ago as an intern, he has climbed the ranks through his commitment, rigor, and above all his main strength: a deep and comprehensive understanding of the company, both operationally and technically, as well as the human, financial, commercial, and strategic issues that support its growth. Driven by both a strategic and practical approach, he leads initiatives that strengthen internal efficiency, improve workflows, and support the company's growth in a constantly evolving technological environment. Julien builds a team of passionate individuals: his goal is to discover each person's strengths and motivations, then create a fair and stimulating work environment where sharing ideas is encouraged and where everyone has the freedom to innovate and achieve their goals. Outside of work, Julien is an enthusiast of golf and cycling, passions that reflect his taste for perseverance, endurance, and balance. He shares his life with his wife and their two-year-old daughter, which completes his daily life with a balance between professional challenges and family happiness.
François St-Aubin
Service Manager
François St-Aubin has been the Manager of the Level 1 and Level 2 IT support team at Natrix Technologies for over a year, and a member of the organization for more than six years. He plays a central role in the quality, stability, and evolution of services offered to clients. Coming from the field with over 20 years of experience in IT support, François has a deep understanding of operational realities, both from a technical and human perspective. His main strength lies in his ability to structure, clarify, and optimize support operations while maintaining a high level of rigor, consistency, and client satisfaction. On a daily basis, he supervises and develops Level 1 and Level 2 teams with an emphasis on process standardization, clear documentation, accountability, and technician skill development. He acts as a true anchor point between technical teams, internal management, and client needs, ensuring smooth communication and effective interventions. Known for his pragmatic, methodical, and solution-oriented approach, François places great importance on collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge transfer. He values a structured, fair, and stimulating work environment where everyone understands their role, responsibilities, and impact. François is driven by constant curiosity and a strong interest in optimization, whether technological, financial, or organizational—a mindset that is directly reflected in his professional approach.
